Cancellations: No cancellations are allowed on orders.
Return Policy:
Please note that all tubers come in different shapes and sizes but what is important is that they all are free of rot and have a viable eye. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. After that, you assume all responsibilities for the tuber(s). We are not responsible for any damage due to weather, rot, pests, poor field conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Please send us photos and clear video of tubers. We will be happy to refund any non-viable tubers. We are not responsible for refunding shipping only the tubers.
Shipping Loss or Damage:
We use USPS flat rate boxes due to shipping to all of the US territories and also for the insurance they offer as mentioned below.
We’re unable to automatically refund or replace orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Every order is covered by up to $100 in USPS shipping insurance, and we’ll be happy to help you file a claim. If USPS approves and reimburses the claim, we’ll refund your full purchase price.
