About us:

Hoof ‘n Garden Farm, located in Northeast Ohio, has been serving our community for
over ten years. We grow dahlias and a wide variety of other flowers that our
honeybees help pollinate, creating a vibrant and sustainable farm. We enrich
our flowers with manure from our livestock, providing them the nutrients they
need to thrive and reach their full potential!

Shipping:

Tubers will be mailed out the beginning of April unless you are in a warmer state where they can be mailed out in March. Shipping includes the vermiculite the tubers are in, the bags, and all packing material.

We will be happy to combine shipping cost on all orders received by March 31st. After March 31st we will begin the shipping process. Please email the order numbers to dena3go22@gmail.com if you want the orders combined. The shipping price may change to a higher amount due to the amount of tubers once order is combined. I will refund the applicable amount. Free shipping is only for orders that reach $200 or more on the single order. It does not apply if you have combined orders to add up to the $200 or more amount.

Cancellations: No cancellations are allowed on orders.

Return Policy:

Please note that all tubers come in different shapes and sizes but what is important is that they all are free of rot and have a viable eye. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. After that, you assume all responsibilities for the tuber(s). We are not responsible for any damage due to weather, rot, pests, poor field conditions, negligence, or plant performance. Please send us photos and clear video of tubers. We will be happy to refund any non-viable tubers. We are not responsible for refunding shipping only the tubers.

Shipping Loss or Damage:

We use USPS flat rate boxes due to shipping to all of the US territories and also for the insurance they offer as mentioned below.

We’re unable to automatically refund or replace orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Every order is covered by up to $100 in USPS shipping insurance, and we’ll be happy to help you file a claim. If USPS approves and reimburses the claim, we’ll refund your full purchase price.

Virus Prevention:

Unfortunately, viruses and diseases are a part of life. We do our best to limit
them in our gardens by creating conditions for them not to spread. We are diligent about sanitizing the tools we use on the farm.

Note: How well dahlias grow can be affected by several factors we can’t fully control—like soil, water, sunlight, fertilizer, pests, disease, and the climate.
